Maître Pascal Marti was born in 1962 and obtained his Masters degree in law in 1985 and a Masters degree in economic and commercial sciences in 1988 at Lausanne University.
After working for a year in the legal department of a fiduciary/trust company, Maître Pascal Marti turned to law practice. He passed his Bar exams in Geneva in 1992. His whole career has been spent at Schmidt, Jaton and Partners (intern: 1990/1992, collaborator: 1992/1999, partner from 1st January 2000). He practices in Lausanne as well as Geneva.

Maître Pascal Marti is very experienced in private law, particularly inheritance law, family law, real estate law, specially landlord and tenant law and co-property by shares. He is also proficient in matters of bankruptcy and liquidation of companies.

He practices in French and English.
